By the strategic use remote and onsite support, Operations support is provided to EIL Global’s customers in Australia and across the globe. Operations Support is to ensure customers’ business operations run smoothly, when combined with its Managed Services model. The 3 key components are:
Combined with Managed Services, or as a multi-location package, break/fix services are offered to EIL Global’s customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and North America. These are normally provided on 24x7x4 or 24x7xNBD basis.
Onsite Support is provided for global customers requiring Onsite Support services across a range of technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, Vmware, Riverbed, NetApp and EMC.
Installation, Move, Add Change and Disposal – These are useful for office/ Data Center relocation.
